  • Conduct quality assurance reviews of high-risk, audit-sensitive, and complex access requests to validate approvals, role assignments, provisioning accuracy, deprovisioning completion, and evidence retention.
  • Troubleshoot and coordinate resolution of IAM-related issues, partnering with Infrastructure, Information Security, application owners, vendors, and other stakeholders when escalation or cross-functional support is required.
  • Represent Identity and Access Management in new system implementations, application onboarding efforts, and strategic projects by gathering provisioning requirements, identifying roles and entitlements, supporting RBAC design and updates, and preparing operational processes for production support and handoff.
  • Develop, maintain, and continuously improve IAM documentation, procedures, job aids, ticket-handling standards, and operational workflows to support consistency, compliance, and knowledge transfer.
  • Monitor operational performance by reviewing service level metrics, aged ticket queues, recurring access issues, process deficiencies, and documentation gaps, recommending corrective actions and process improvements to IAM leadership. Identify automation, standardization, and optimization opportunities across IAM processes and Identity Governance capabilities, including provisioning, SCIM, SSO, Entra-based integrations, and other access management technologies.
