POSITION OVERVIEW:

The Post Closing Coordinator II is responsible for maintaining closing and post-closing documentation for Commercial loan files.

 

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Coordinates and tracks all post-closing and recorded documentation, follow-up of loan review and audit exceptions.
  • Sets up construction and permanent loan files in accordance with standard department procedures Maintains the overall file maintenance of the loan portfolio including maintaining files
  • Assists the Loan Closing Administrator and performs said responsibilities on an as needed basis
  • Assists in daily department responsibilities including telephone inquiry and problem solving with customers and other bank departments.
  • Acts as a liaison between department and internal and external auditors, loan review and loan operations.
  • Performs various tasks as requested by management.   
  • Remediates audit report exceptions pertaining to financials and inspections.      
  • Performs other related duties as required.            

 

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

  • 2-4 years of related experience, commensurate with job function
  • High school diploma or GED
  • Knowledge of Commercial Mortgage Loan and ability to apply such knowledge.
  • Good verbal, communication and written skills.
  • Proficient with software and systems programs; ability to create data banks and create spreadsheet programs.
  • Ability to manage diverse workflow, resolve problems with modest supervision, attend to detail and perform arithmetic calculations.

 

WORKING CONDITIONS

       Work is typically performed in an office environment.  Noise levels are usually moderate.

 

HAZARDS

       The hazards are mainly those present in a normal office setting.
