Lead Digital Product Owner - Account Opening Platform

POSITION SUMMARY

The Lead Digital Product Owner will drive the development and enhancement of assigned digital banking products.  Responsibilities include the support of vendor selection analysis, calibrating requirements across work streams, leading creation of all product requirements & components as well as presenting digital KPIs to senior management with associated recommendations. This includes representing the digital product in critical mapping, change control, audit and other governance meetings.

 

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Lead process to define and track key product performance indicators (KPIs), release-specific success metrics.
  • Drive adoption of digital products in collaboration with Marketing, Customer Experience and Line partners.
  • Define product vision and roadmap for assigned digital products by seeking input from partners, customer and industry best practices.
  • Win Buy-in and approval product plans, vision, roadmap, and business cases to support product related investments.
  • Ensure that capabilities deliver the intended business value and are met with increased customer satisfaction.
  • Act as vendor point of contact for communications, incidents and periodic product review activities.
  • Lead delivery of all work items, such as new features, defects, including providing the decision to create, fix or defer at the project level regardless of specific work item assignment.
  • Lead cross-functional teams, including marketing, IT and Vendor Partners to ensure successful product delivery.
  • Lead customer transition planning, including onboarding, training, and support materials.
  • Partner with Customer Experience team to improve customer experience and develop and prioritize product requirements based on user feedback and data-driven insights.

 

MINIMUM SKILLS REQUIRED:

 

  • Experience with product development tools, including JIRA, Asana, or Trello.
  • Demonstrated command of UX design principles, user research methods and quality assurance methodologies
  • Extensive knowledge and experience of working according to agile methodologies and lean product development.
  • Excellent analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions.
  • Strong organization skills, with experience leading cross-functional teams in both Waterfall and Agile environment.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to present complex information in a clear and concise manner.
  • Key behaviors include a passion for building breakthrough digital experiences, meticulous attentions to detail and affinity for teamwork.

 

 

WORK EXPERIENCE:

  • Minimum 10 years’ experience as a Digital Product Owner, with a focus on consumer digital products.

 

EDUCATION:

  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Business Administration, or related experience preferred

WORKING CONDITIONS: 

 

Backoffice/Beacon/PPP:

  • Prolonged sitting
  • Lifting from 5 to 10 lbs (printer paper, storage boxes)
  • Occasional bending or overhead lifting (storing files or boxes)

 

Work is performed in a normal office environment. Noise levels are usually moderate. May also involve travel to customers and property locations.

 

HAZARDS:

The hazards are mainly those present in a normal office setting and those present in commuting by car. Occasionally, they may be exposed to those conditions present in public forums and meeting places.

Pay Details:

$82,200 - $117,400 annually

Please note, the base pay actually offered may vary based upon the candidate's skills and experience, job-related knowledge, education, geographic location, internal equity, and other applicable business and organizational needs. 

 

This role is incentive eligible based upon company, business, and/or individual goal achievement and performance.
