POSITION OVERVIEW:
At Provident, the Identity and Access Management (IAM) Analyst within the Information Technology group is responsible for working cross-functionally with business and technology partners, as well as external service partners to deliver Identity Administration capabilities across the bank.
This is an in-office onsite position.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Fulfill Access Request Management operations and work in ticketing system to resolve tasks and incidents within defined SLAs.
- Manage On/Off Boarding tasks such as account and access creation, transfers and terminations.
- Work with IAM team to establish efficient ways to fulfill repeating access requests such as system integrations for both on-prem and cloud applications
- Partner with Information Security and Technology teams for access requests fulfillment.
- Required to perform application role- based access, Provisioning/Deprovisioning tasks.
- Required to provision accounts in Enterprise directory services (Active Directory), on-prem and Cloud based applications.
- Required to perform tasks in O365 User provisioning.
- Manage end user access (user and application-level accounts) and privileged access (system/admin/elevated-level accounts).
- Participate in the collection and analysis of business and technical requirements to develop Enterprise-wide Identity and Access Management (IAM) processes and procedures.
- Identify opportunities to automate and partner with process automation teams to meet those needs.
- Candidate will be required to interact with Client, vendors, and other business functions.
- Consistently demonstrates professional demeanor and communication skills with business partners and team members.
- Flexible to support over Holidays and Weekends, if needed.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
- High school diploma.
- Minimum of 1-year related experience.
- Ability to communicate with customers of all levels, both internal and external.
- Excellent verbal and written communication and phone skills.
- Highly organized with keen attention to detail.
- Comfortable learning and using numerous software applications.
- Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to support the business on weekends and holidays, if needed.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
- Associate degree in computer science or knowledge of the computer field
- Previous experience in the Banking industry.
- Core Banking System (Fiserv) knowledge is highly preferred.
WORKING CONDITIONS:
Work is mainly performed under general office conditions. Noise levels are usually moderate. Willing and able to work overtime if needed.
