Compliance Governance & Reporting Analyst

POSITION OVERVIEW:
Provident Bank is seeking a highly motivated, detail-oriented individual to support Governance and Reporting Compliance deliverables. The successful candidate must possess excellent communication, organizational, time management and analytical skills. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Prepare and deliver comprehensive compliance risk reports and dashboards for executive management, the board of directors, committees and other stakeholders
- Work with the three lines of defense stakeholders across the organization to timely obtain relevant information for various compliance reports, dashboards and other internal projects
- Oversee the development and maintenance of compliance reporting libraries, shared drives and documentation repositories
- Conduct reviews of compliance policies, procedures and other documents to ensure alignment with regulatory requirements and internal practices
- Support the Compliance Department in collecting and preparing information required to respond to regulatory requests, findings, audits and/or examinations
- Engage with appropriate stakeholders on various regulatory developments to understand impacts and requirements
- Perform ad-hoc tasks and projects as needed
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
- 1-3+ years of report writing/data reporting, paralegal, consulting and/or banking experience Strong communication skills: ability to communicate effectively both in writing and verbally and feel comfortable delivering insights and recommendations to senior management
- Excellent organizational skills with a keen ability to prioritize daily tasks with project work as well as ad-hoc requests
- High Proficiency in using MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint
- General understanding of the compliance and risk function
EDUCATION
- 2-4 yrs college level education or equivalent work experience.
LICENSES AND/OR CERTIFICATES:
- MS Microsoft Office Specialist (MOS) Certification
WORKING CONDITIONS:
Work is performed in a normal office environment. Noise levels are usually moderate. This position involves travel to customers and property locations.

- Occasional bending or overhead lifting (storing files or boxes)
- The hazards are mainly those present in a normal office setting

Pay Details:
$45,400 - $64,900 annually
Please note, the base pay actually offered may vary based upon the candidate's skills and experience, job-related knowledge, education, geographic location, internal equity, and other applicable business and organizational needs.
This role is incentive eligible based upon company, business, and/or individual goal achievement and performance.
