Senior Administrator - Commercial Lending

POSITION SUMMARY

Under minimal supervision, the incumbent works autonomously in providing administrative support, including organizing, scheduling, coordinating, researching, compiling and analyzing information for division and/or department.  Work is rather specialized and of a highly confidential nature to relieve the CLO from administrative and business detail.  Assists Market Presidents or area management in implementing department activities and internal communications.  Works closely with Market Presidents, Regional Directors, department managers, other employees, customers and/or vendors to assist with exchange of information and requests.  A thorough knowledge of Bank and departmental administrative procedures is required.  Discretion, evaluation and ingenuity is needed.

 

MAJOR JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

       Statistical reporting and analysis. Research information, compile statistics, gather                25%

       and compute various data; prepare periodic reports or summaries, selecting relevant

       data from a variety of sources including but not limited to loan and deposit systems

       CRM, and LOS.  Organize and prioritize information.

      

       Schedule and coordinate meetings, departmental activities and/or conferences.  Duties        25%

       include preparing detailed presentations along with taking and distributing meeting minutes.

 

      

       Acts as liaison with other departments.  Interacts with all levels of management.             25%

       Handles confidential and non-routine information and explains policies when necessary. 

       Exercises independent judgment in performing duties of a highly complex, confidential        

       and non-routine nature.

      

       Administrative duties for department including but not limited to:                                           25%

  • Distributing, reading and sorting incoming departmental mail.  Prepares outgoing mailings
  • Answers EMT telephone; schedules appointments.
  • Making travel arrangements and ensuring appropriate resources are available.
  • Composes correspondence; maintains up-to-date files
  • Orders supplies for department; may schedule service calls.  Tracks paid- time-off

and scheduling of vacations.  May process expense reports and assist with approvals in Success Factors

  • Distributes and sorts incoming departmental mail.  Prepares outgoing mailings.

       None

 

SKILLS AND TRAINING

       Ability to exchange information clearly and concisely and to present ideas, report facts and

       other information.

       Ability to manage own workflow and resolve questions and problems with supervisor.

       Good written and oral communication skills.

       Strong knowledge of and the ability to practically apply, modern office practices and procedures

including programs for personal computers (Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook and other relevant software)

       Excellent organizational skills; exhibits accuracy when working with detail.

      

  EDUCATION

       Associate’s Degree

 

WORK EXPERIENCE

       5-10 years in Administrative support function serving executive(s) at the highest level.

WORKING CONDITIONS

Work is mainly performed in a normal office environment.  Noise levels usually are moderate.

 

HAZARDS
