Commercial Lending Administrator II - C&I

POSITION OVERVIEW:
This position performs a variety of tasks within the Commercial Lending Department. The incumbent maybe required to verify insurance requirements, manage files and work with the Loan Origination System and Vision Content. Orders appraisals, creates working files for new deals and works with the Portfolio Managers and Relationship Managers for closing loan requirements.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Creating reports and ordering documents/reports related to the loans including but not limited to:
- Appraisals
- Environmental reports
- Field Exams
- Property Condition Reports
- Plans & Cost
- New Money/ Fee Report
- Vision Content
- Set up new customers/loans
- Enter financials for new and existing deals
- Enter appraisals, environmental and field exams
- Set up new customers/loans
- Loan Origination System (LOS)

- Set up new customers
- Set up ticklers for financial requirements, annual reviews, covenant testing, insurance etc
- Set up ticklers for default letters, covenant letters and post closing
- Follow up on any ticklers that are generated

- Coordinate with Commercial Credit Underwriting on loan packages
- Approvals

- Follow up on approvals from Department Heads, Team Leader, Credit Committee and update system
- Request files for existing deals from file room and New deals from PM/Relationship Manager
- Verify insurance is current on all existing deals
- Review approval for Pre Closing requirements

- Borrowing base and brokerage accounts

- Receive monthly signed Borrowing Bases from PM and verify they are in compliance
- Receive monthly Brokerage accounts that are being used as collateral.

- Compliance Trackers – Application, review ticklers, Complete Verafin
- Back up other CLA’s when necessary
- Other ad hoc duties as required
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
- High School Diploma or GED
- Minimum 3 years commensurate with job function
- Knowledge of lending products, retail banking and bank policies.
- Excellent interpersonal verbal communication skills.
- Attention to detail.
- Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts and draw valid conclusions.
- Ability to prioritize multiple projects and complete them on time.
- Ability to interpret a variety of instructions, communicate them to others and establish controls to evaluate that these instructions are followed.
- Ability to work with a wide variety of personalities in a courteous and efficient manner.
- Proper understanding of lending concepts, principles and procedures.
WORKING CONDITIONS
Work is typically performed in an office environment. Noise levels are usually moderate.
HAZARDS
Mainly those present in a normal office setting.
