POSITION SUMMARY
The Senior Identity Assurance Analyst has responsibility for a broad range of identity and access management technologies and processes including compliance, governance, and intelligence, separation of duties analysis, role management, access request systems, privileged access reviews, access re-certifications, entitlements catalogs, etc. This position requires knowledge of security administration for various operating systems and bank-related software as well as role-based access controls.
This position requires the ability to write and maintain detailed technical documentation on departmental procedures. The duties encompass security administration of applications and ensuring compliance to security policies and procedures to resolve access problems. This includes interaction with IAM, business units and HR to ensure appropriate access and segregation of duties across all applications.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Design, implement and manage identity governance and assurance (IGA) controls to support user provisioning, deprovisioning, access requests and system access reviews. Act as a subject matter expert for identity governance and role-based access controls.
- Investigate and respond to identity-related incidents, violations and anomalous access behavior identified in IGA monitoring and reporting systems.
Conduct Sarbanes Oxley (SOX) and GLBA system access reviews in auditable format on a quarterly/annual basis ensure compliance with corporate security policies and standards. Ensure all evidence of authorization is documented and archived according to internal standards. - Provide information security guidance and expertise to internal personnel when new systems and procedures are being developed.
- Develop, validate, and maintain detailed documentation on standard operating procedures, system configurations, and technical settings for IGA team as needed.
- Monitor data access activity, identify potential security risks, and maintain a clear audit trail of data access events.
- Lead and participate in projects and production support operations focused on implementing Identity and Access Management (IAM) integrations and Role Based Access Control (RBAC) strategies and integrations.

MINIMUM SKILLS REQUIRED

- 3-5 years’ experience in cybersecurity as a practitioner and experience with various security frameworks
- Strong understanding of Sarbanes Oxley (SOX) compliance requirements and IT General Controls (ITGC) preferred
- Strong Information Security or Identity Access Management experience or related training
- Working knowledge of Windows Active Directory and Group Policy
- Strong understanding of identity lifecycle, RBAC, policy-based access controls and identity related compliance standards
- Experience with audit and compliance processes in regulated environments
- Detail oriented with good organizational skills
- Effective written and verbal communication skills
- Intermediate proficiency with Microsoft Office
EDUCATION
- Associates Degree Required

- Information Security Certification desirable

Pay Details:ᅠ$65,200 - $93,200ᅠᅠᅠᅠᅠᅠ
Please note, the base pay actually offered may vary based upon the candidate's skills and experience, job-related knowledge, education, geographic location, internal equity, and other applicable business and organizational needs. This role is incentive eligible based upon company, business, and/or individual goal achievement and performance.
