Financial Systems & Project Administrator

POSITION OVERVIEW:
This role will bridge the gap between finance and IT, ensuring that financial processes are automated and integrated seamlessly with other business functions. Expertise in financial software and systems will enhance data integrity, support reporting needs, and drive continuous improvement within financial operations.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Administer and maintain financial systems, including user access, security, and configurations. Provide technical support and troubleshooting for financial system users. Evaluate the efficiency and effectiveness of application operations and troubleshooting problems. Monitor system performance and identify areas for improvement.
- Develop and maintain system documentation and training materials. Educate end users on system designs and functionalities.
- Ensure system integrity and data accuracy often collaborating with IT, Finance and Business lines. Ensure compliance with internal controls and regulatory requirements.
- Assist with system upgrades, implementations, and testing where required (i.e. Prologue UAT, ERP system upgrades and Sandbox, etc.)
- Develop and run reports to support financial analysis and reporting. Collaborate with business line to assist in building reporting for profitability and growth.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Information Systems, or a related field.
- 3-5 Years experience in related role, Proven experience in administering and supporting financial systems (e.g., ERP systems, accounting software).
- Strong understanding of financial processes and accounting principles.
- Detail-oriented and focus on accuracy, excellent problem-solving skills and good with handling large data sets.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
- Experience with specific financial systems (e.g., Prologue, Empyrean, DIM).
- Experience with SQL or other database query languages.
WORKING CONDITIONS
Work is mainly performed in a normal office environment. Noise levels usually are moderate. May also involve travel to customers and property locations.

- The hazards are mainly those present in a normal office setting.

Pay Details:
$ 70,000 - $100,000 annually
Please note, the base pay actually offered may vary based upon the candidate's skills and experience, job-related knowledge, education, geographic location, internal equity, and other applicable business and organizational needs.
This role is incentive eligible based upon company, business, and/or individual goal achievement and performance.
