Executive Assistant, Iselin, NJ (Onsite)

Under general supervision, this position provides high-level administrative support to leadership, including organizing, scheduling, coordinating, and managing departmental activities. The role requires handling confidential information, supporting internal communications, and ensuring the efficient operation of the department.
Key Responsibilities
Executive & Administrative Support
Provide high-level administrative support, including managing calendars, scheduling meetings, coordinating appointments, and handling correspondence. Serve as a central point of coordination to ensure leadership priorities are effectively managed.
Meeting & Communication Coordination
Organize meetings, prepare agendas, capture notes, and distribute materials. Ensure follow-up actions are documented and communicated to support team alignment and collaboration.
Reporting, Data Management & Analysis
Compile, organize, and analyze data from multiple sources to prepare reports, summaries, and presentations that support business operations and decision-making.
Operational & Office Administration
Maintain day-to-day operational efficiency by managing office supplies, organizing files, and supporting departmental administrative processes.
Cross-Functional Collaboration & Relationship Management
Act as a liaison across departments and with external partners to facilitate communication and information flow across the organization.
Confidential & Sensitive Information Handling
Handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion, exercising sound judgment in managing non-routine matters.
Event, Travel & Logistics Coordination
Coordinate meetings, events, and travel logistics, ensuring all details are executed efficiently and effectively.
Minimum Qualifications
- Experience supporting senior leadership or executive-level management
- 7 years of administrative support experience, including demonstrated responsibility for the key functions above
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to compile, analyze, and present information effectively
- Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills
- Ability to work independently and manage workflow with minimal supervision
- Sound judgment and problem-solving ability
- Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion
- Strong coordination and follow-through skills
Preferred Qualifications
- College or professional school degree desired
- Experience in a financial services or corporate environment

Pay Details:
$31.18 - $38.97/hourly
Please note, the base pay actually offered may vary based upon the candidate's skills and experience, job-related knowledge, education, geographic location, internal equity, and other applicable business and organizational needs.
This role is incentive eligible based upon company, business, and/or individual goal achievement and performance.
