Commercial Lending Administrator I - CRE

POSITION OVERVIEW:
Under general direction, this position performs a variety of tasks within the Commercial Real Estate Lending function. The incumbent will be required to perform certain routine aspects as it relates to the department’s loan portfolio, including but not limited to generating, implementing, reconciling and maintaining all department reporting, tracking and data bases. Will support Senior Commercial Lending Administrator and PM Director with other tasks as needed. A certain degree of creativity and latitude is required. The person will be expected to work with minimum supervision.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Facilitates obtaining, tracking, cataloging and dissemination of all required Borrower/Guarantor/Property financial information as relates to the CRE loan portfolio.
- Scan financials, appraisals, rent rolls, leases and other borrower/guarantor information required.
- Scan Annual Reviews, Covenant Compliance and Initial financial reviews.
- Generates and maintains all department loan and deposit activity reports, compiles and provides financial data summary status reports to various areas.
- Implements and maintains various department data bases as relates to ongoing loan portfolio and customer management.
- Reviews loan documents and prepares release forms for loans being paid off and assists the Senior Commercial Lending Administrator with ongoing updating of the new money/fee report.
- Ensures all inter-department reports and reconcilements are accurate.
- Provides support assistance, undertakes more technical and complex duties and resolves more complex customer issues.
- Horizon – upon receipt of insurance certificates, responsible for updating the loan system to reflect current expiration date and save to CRE share folder and FCM.
- Performs related duties as required, which include return items, processing incoming and outgoing mail, assisting CRE team as requested by staff.
- Functions as department administrative coordinator. Completes special projects a assigned.
- Independently troubleshoots, resolves, and addresses complicated issues regarding areas of responsibility to ensure work is completed in a timely and accurate manner.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
- High School Diploma or GED required
- 2-5 years related experience
- Excellent interpersonal verbal communication skills.
- Attention to detail.
- Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts and draw valid conclusions.
- Ability to prioritize multiple projects and complete them on time.
- Ability to interpret a variety of instructions, communicate them to others and establish controls to evaluate that these instructions are followed.
- Ability to work with a wide variety of personalities in a courteous and efficient manner.
- Proper understanding of lending concepts, principles and procedures.
WORKING CONDITIONS:
- Prolonged sitting
- Lifting from 5 to 10 lbs (printer paper, storage boxes)
- Occasional bending or overhead lifting (storing files or boxes)
HAZARDS:
The hazards are mainly those present in a normal office setting and those present in commuting by car. Occasionally may be exposed to those conditions present in public forums and meeting places.

Pay Details:
$26.15 - $32.67 hourly
Please note, the base pay actually offered may vary based upon the candidate's skills and experience, job-related knowledge, education, geographic location, internal equity, and other applicable business and organizational needs.
This role is incentive eligible based upon company, business, and/or individual goal achievement and performance.
