Commercial Lending Administrator - Mortgage Warehouse Lending

POSITION OVERVIEW:
Day to day processing of mortgage warehouse line activity requested by MWL borrowers which for this position include primarily, recording notes received, shipping of notes to investors, input of wire transfers for new advances and general customer service assistance to the department’s clients and internal Provident Bank staff.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Record receipt in the WLS warehouse operating system promissory notes, closing disclosure statements received daily from customers via overnight couriers. Scan the received documents in the daily work folders. File notes by customer into collateral fireproof vault/cabinet.
- Process shipping request of notes to end purchasing investors. Process includes processing 3rd party air bills via FEDEX/UPS, production of bailment letters and endorsement of notes for review by MWL Operations Manager. Input delivery tracking numbers into the WLS warehouse operating system.
- Assist in the Advance. Outgoing wire, and payoff processes of the Department as directed by the MWL Operation manager.
- Act as primary customer service contact for MWL clients regarding receipt of notes and shipping of collateral to end investors.
- Perform any other related duties as required or assigned by MWL Operations Manager.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- One year experience in Mortgage Warehouse operations, related Mortgage Industry experience, and general banking
- Ability to muti-task with attention to detail.
- Good understanding of financial institution products and services.
- Good understanding of computer spread sheet and word processing software.
- Must be computer adept with the ability to learn and master WLS collateral system.
WORKING CONDITIONS:
Work is performed in a normal office environment. Noise levels are usually moderate. This position involves travel to customers and property locations.

Pay Details:
$17.90 - $22.36 hourly
Please note, the base pay actually offered may vary based upon the candidate's skills and experience, job-related knowledge, education, geographic location, internal equity, and other applicable business and organizational needs.
This role is incentive eligible based upon company, business, and/or individual goal achievement and performance.
