Commercial Lending Administrator I - Healthcare Lending

POSITION OVERVIEW:
This position performs a variety of tasks within the Commercial Lending Department. The incumbent maybe required to verify insurance requirements, manage files and work with the Loan Origination System and Vision Content.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Process advances and pay downs
- Insurance
- Call/fax/email for updated policies
- Scan all policies into vision content
- Reach out to lenders on canceled policies
- Paid off loans
- Request files from file room for lien release
- Verify loan paid off and paid loan collateral release form
- Scan form into vision content
- Vision content
- Prepare cover sheets for hard copy documents and scan documents
- Upload PDF documents
- Verify and label scanned documents
- Account maintenance for systems
- Process Kandace requests
- General administrative duties including but not limited to ordering supplies, collecting and disbursing mail, booking meeting rooms etc
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
- High School diploma
- Minimum 2 years’ experience commensurate with job function
- Knowledge of lending products, retail banking and bank policies.
- Excellent interpersonal verbal communication skills.
- Attention to detail.
- Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts and draw valid conclusions.
- Ability to prioritize multiple projects and complete them on time.
- Ability to interpret a variety of instructions, communicate them to others and establish controls to evaluate that these instructions are followed.
- Ability to work with a wide variety of personalities in a courteous and efficient manner.
- Proper understanding of lending concepts, principles and procedures.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
- Associate degree
WORKING CONDITIONS:
- Prolonged sitting
- Lifting from 5 to 10 lbs (printer paper, storage boxes)
- Occasional bending or overhead lifting (storing files or boxes)
HAZARDS:
The hazards are mainly those present in a normal office setting and those present in commuting by car. Occasionally may be exposed to those conditions present in public forums and meeting places.

Pay Details:
$26.15 - $32.67 hourly
Please note, the base pay actually offered may vary based upon the candidate's skills and experience, job-related knowledge, education, geographic location, internal equity, and other applicable business and organizational needs.
This role is incentive eligible based upon company, business, and/or individual goal achievement and performance.
