Our History

Provident Protection Plus was acquired by Provident Bank in 2020. For more than 65 years, Provident Protection Plus, formerly SB One Insurance Agency, has served the businesses and residents of northern New Jersey, New York and Pennsylvania. George Lista, President and Chief Executive Officer of Provident Protection Plus, has more than 30 years’ experience in the insurance industry. Mr. Lista is committed to making a difference in people’s lives and excels at managing all aspects of his business. He is a highly motivated, focused and goal-driven executive with a passion for providing exceptional service to his clients.
